1. Whine in court of appeal and SCOK about the value and power of a SCOK Obiter
2. Contest whether the so called parts of 2017 judgement were Obiter
3. Contest constitutionality of gazetted candidates since it's less than 21 days to election
4. Refuse to fill 24A while claiming to have withdrawn so as to form grounds of Petition

5. Plausibly deniable chaos If When all fails, stop elections in at least one constituency  and claim the election was unconstitutional

So Baba only managed to disrupt 5K stations or roughly 3.5M?

Is this sufficient to stop Chebu from declaring?

Stopping Elections completely

Negro after negro from the four counties are condemning police but nobody is asking the rioters to ignore the exercise

Am suprised that After all this time, you really don't get it. Twenty years from now these leaders will be non existent. So its not about them, rather truth and fairness.

Tomorrow's poll is academic. Uhuru has 3.5m+ lead. Expect more "peaceful" bouts in the 4 counties when Uhuru is declared winner. Next round back to SCORK.

Seems like the silent treatment - as NRM militants cry apartheid.
