Raila is just pathetic. He couldn't find a billionaire from his village to finance him. All these years odingas have been in power should be able to have at least several local oligarchs that can bankroll them. Right now Luos are suffering but if they get into power Kikuyus will still call shots.

Kichwa is right but wrong. Socialism is unworkable in our economic reality. It's about the baking and the sharing of the cake.

We need to generate and attract alot of capital & manpower injection for rapid growth. There is a real window right now - a bandwagon we can ride - by joining the EMERGING MARKET club - the premium target for investment. Me I want to photocopy the economy, the networks, the infrastructures.

I think governments should be measured by economic metrics - GDP per capita & Gini - which measure growth and equality. All these political groups are offering us grandiose, byzantine strategies.
