Thieves paradise. imagine KPLC charges you for variation in foreign currency why not bill in dollars then? inflation plus other million small charges no one can explain....Its time for each county to work on having their own power company....same thing with phone company let each county have its own phone company and different phone area code...same thing with radio stations 100 km radius coverage max...unless these companies are broken down Kenyans will continue to suffer.
